We Three Kings
03:11
|
|||
We three kings of orient are
Bearing gifts we traverse afar
Field and fountain moor and mountain
Following yonder star
Born a king on bethlehem’s plain
Gold I bring to crown him again
King forever ceasing never
Over us all to reign
Frankincense to offer have I
Incense owns a deity nigh
Prayer and praising voices raising
Worship him God on high
Myrrh is mine it’s bitter perfume
Breathes a life of gathering gloom
Sorrowing, sighing, bleeding, dying
Sealed in the stone cold tomb
Glorious now behold him arise
King and God and Sacrifice
Alleluia Alleluia
Sounds through the earth and sky

Two Snowflakes
04:07
|
|||
Two snowflakes
Formed up in the clouds
Drifting all alone
On a cold winter's night
Each different
Not one bit alike
As they fly through the night
Wondering where they will land
Winds shifting
Still night turns to storm
Tossed and thrown about
They collide in the night
Two snowflakes
Tendrils intertwined
Sail towards the earth
To Find their new home
And they both float down as one
They both float down as one
Two snowflakes
Holding on til spring
Air begins to warm
As the birds sing
Now melting
Winter’s at an end
Tendrils intertwine
As they fade away
And they both melt into one
They both melt into one
Like snowflakes
You and I collide
Differences aside
As we hold each other tight
Like snowflakes when
Darkness turns to dawn
We’ll watch the sun arise
Every day all our lives
And we’ll both melt into one
We’ll both melt into one

A Midwinter's Hymn
02:40
|
|||
The year is drawing to a close
A new one soon begins
May your days be filled with love and joy and peace
And may your hearts have room for more
Like footprints in a snowy field
Each new step paves the way
May you find a path through dark and stormy nights
And may you walk towards sunny days
Whether you’re living all alone
Or close to those you love
May you take this breath exactly where you are
And May it fill your lungs with hope
The year is drawing to a close
A new one soon begins
May your days be filled with love and joy and peace
And may your hearts have room for more

O Holy Night
03:42
|
|||
O holy night the stars are brightly shining
It is the night of our dear saviors birth
Long lay the world in sin and error pining
‘Til he appeared and the soul felt it’s worth
A thrill of hope the weary world rejoices
For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn
Fall on your knees o hear the angel voices
O night divine, o night when christ was born
Truly he taught us to love one another
His law is love and his gospel is peace
Chains shall he break for the slave is our brother
And in his name all oppression shall cease
Sweet hymns of joy in grateful chorus raise we
Let all within us praise his holy name
Christ is the Lord, o praise his name forever
His pow’r and glory evermore proclaim
His pow’r and glory evermore proclaim
